We are recruiting on behalf of a leading fabrication company in the UAE seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects within their Modular Buildings and E-Houses Division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the design, fabrication, assembly, and delivery of modular structures and electrical houses. This includes ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of modular building and E-House projects from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams for seamless project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure cost control and timely execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical support, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), site installation, and commissioning of E-Houses.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Monitor industry practices (e.g., Acoustic India Limited/Sisco, Ace Engineering India, Technomach, Delta, BK Modular) and integrate best practices into project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in modular buildings, prefabricated structures, or E-House projects.
• Proven track record in managing projects from engineering design through fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of modular construction techniques, E-House integration, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international standards and practices in modular and E-House construction.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
• Technical knowledge of E-House systems (electrical equipment integration, HVAC, fire & safety systems, etc.).
• Financial and commercial acumen with focus on cost optimization.
• Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
