We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead – Retail & Online Activation for our client, a reputable tobacco company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail marketing, digital activation, and brand management, with proven success in driving consumer engagement and sales growth.

Role Purpose
Support Totssy and SC Labs retail automation and chains in driving growth through innovative B2B, shopper and customer marketing across physical and online channels, with a strong focus on lead generation, partner marketing and omnichannel platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

B2B & Partner Marketing

  • Drive lead generation programs and partner marketing initiatives for Totssy and SC Labs.
  • Support brand and supplier partnerships: joint campaigns, co-funded activities, trade programs.
  • Develop impactful B2B content, sales decks and toolkits for retailers and partners.
  • Coordinate corporate PR initiatives in alignment with brand strategy.

Online & Omnichannel

  • Support development and optimization of online platforms (web, app, delivery partners) including content, UX, promo calendar and conversion KPIs.
  • Manage always-on digital content updates (banners, landing pages, product copy, offers).
  • Ensure consistent brand experience across online and offline channels.

Retail Activation & Shopper Marketing

  • Execute in-store activation plans: visibility, POSM, planograms, promotional mechanics.
  • Work with store teams to elevate shopper experience, retail theatre and service standards.
  • Track performance of campaigns and activations; recommend fast optimizations.

Content, Agencies & Operations

  • Brief and manage agencies/freelancers on creative, digital, social and production needs.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor and category activity to identify new ideas and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in retail, eCommerce, or similar.
  • Experience in a retail business that operates strong online platforms (end-to-end exposure: content, promotions, logistics/fulfilment, CRM) strongly preferred.
  • Proven exposure to B2B marketing, partner programs, or supplier-led activations.
  • Strong digital and social understanding; comfortable with performance and conversion metrics.
  • Confident working with agencies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, execution-focused, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
