Our client, a well-established company in the construction and interior fit-out sector, is looking to hire a Operations Manager to join their team in Hyderabad, India.
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage quality control, coordinate with different departments, and ensure efficient production processes. They will implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable growth. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for resource management, team leadership, and adhering to compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate procurement, warehouse, production, HSE, installation teams, and project
execution
• Implement and maintain quality control systems across all operational processes
• Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest
standards of quality
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
• Oversee supply chain management and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow between warehouse, production,
procurement, HSE and installation teams
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Lead and develop team members through training and performance management
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
• Manage and monitor operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and facility management
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a façade, or joinery sub
contracting company. With experience in managing multiple teams across multiple projects and
scopes.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in glazing, joinery, or construction industry
• Knowledge of industry-specific software technology, and ERP systems
• MBA or advanced degree in related field
