We are hiring an Operations Manager for a contracting company specializing in roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Responsibility

• Managing the overall operations of road and infrastructure projects.
• Taking full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and project execution.
• Managing and coordinating Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and site teams.
•  Ensuring projects are progressing according to approved schedules and requirements.
• Managing manpower, equipment, materials, and other operational resources.
• Coordinating with Planning, Estimation, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, HR, and Finance departments.
•  Monitoring productivity and ensuring efficient utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Resolving operational and site-related issues.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitoring project progress, costs, and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations across all sites.

Requirments

• 7+ years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure.
• Strong UAE experience in road and infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and large site teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to take overall responsibility for site operations and manage issues independently
• Arabic nationality is preferred.
