This individual will be dynamic with a innate ability to scale the business with a technology background in AI/Robotics experience strongly preferred and excellent commercial expertise are the success factors for this leadership role.

Chief Executive Officer
Reporting to: Group CEO
Overview:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the company, driving its mission and vision forward. The CEO will oversee all aspects of business development, organisational management, and technological innovation, ensuring the brand becomes a global leader in AI-driven solutions for the retail sector.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy in alignment with its vision of global AI-driven automation transformation.
- Identify and pursue market opportunities, partnerships, and trends within the retail and AI robotics sectors.
Building Strategic Relationships
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with major grocers, retailers, and logistics partners in existing and new markets.
Innovation and Technology
- Guide the company’s research and development efforts to create cutting-edge AI robotics systems that enhance retail operations.
- Ensure compliance with global technology standards and ethical practices in AI deployment.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and responsible resource allocation.
Team Development
- Directly manage the Commercial Director, COO, CTO, and FD, ensuring alignment of the management team to accelerate scale-up and revenue growth.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the public face, representing the company to investors, partners, clients, and media.
- Build strong relationships with industry leaders, policymakers, and academic institutions to further the company’s mission.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of leadership in technology-driven companies, ideally within the robotics or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations and lead organisations through growth and transformation.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, robotics systems, and their applications in retail environments.
- Network in grocery, retail, logistics sectors across UK / EMEA preferred but not mandatory
