Our Client a Large international chain of Hotels is looking for a Cluster Training Manager.
The Cluster Training Manager analyses the structure and the day-by-day business of a hotel, depending on special needs of the hotel. The role holder is responsible to develop training plans, according to different discrepancies and reviews his/her training programs all team members have to follow.
This exciting role will be responsible for embedding the brand throughout the Hotel, training at all levels and oversee quality across all three properties. You will be required to work closely with Managers to ensure their teams are trained and have the ability to grow.
You will need to have a proven track record as a trainer in the UAE, be able to identify learning needs, be passionate about developing others and lead the culture from the heart of the Hotel. Hold a Degree in Hotel Management and have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the Hotel Industry.
This role reports to the Cluster Director of HR and will work across three properties.
