We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead for our client, a reputable tobacco company based in Dubai.

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Role Purpose
To lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, CRM and email to boost brand awareness & ROI, drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue. Core scope will be around managing online campaigns, analyse performance metrics (KPIs) and achieve growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns (paid search, social media, SEO, email) to meet business goals for both B2B and B2C scopes.
  • Develop e-commerce, loyalty and owned-platform programs for ANDS, ensuring seamless UX, conversion, and cutting-edge contents.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyse campaign data, monitor KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, cost per acquisition), and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
  • Create and execute CRM strategies to increase customer lifetime value, retention, and engagement.
  • End-to-end management of automated, segmented campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Content & Creative Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content for online platforms.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing across B2B and B2C.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Solid experience managing multiple agencies and partners; able to brief, challenge and drive performance.
  • Evidence of leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and comfort operating in high-speed environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strong sense of prioritisation
  • Experience in nicotine industry is a plus
  • Start-up experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
