We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational French construction company in the UAE, which is seeking a Land Surveyor to join their team.

Location: Dubai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveying activities and establish survey controls.
• Carry out setting-out works for road and utility projects.
• Maintain accurate survey records and site data.
• Prepare and submit as-built surveys and drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and construction teams to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Verify completed works and provide measurement data for project documentation.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 -10 years’ experience Roads infrastructure utilities experience
• Proven knowledge and experience in road works and utility works.
• Responsible for collecting, managing, and maintaining site survey data.
• Ability to prepare and update as-built drawings accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proficient in survey equipment and related software applications.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination.
• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams and engineers.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong field experience in infrastructure projects, particularly roadworks and utilities, and the capability to manage survey data and as-built documentation efficiently.
