Job Description
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
- Extensive years of experience in LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements and support work.
- Knowledge of other LIMS applications like Labware, Sample manager, StarLIMS…
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL
- Experience in programming language like Core Java, Java Script
Preferred
- Experience in Pharma, R&D, Healthcare domain with implementation experience of LabVantage LIMS
- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture Or Design Or Detailing of Functionality and Processes /Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- At least 5 years of experience in capturing detailed user requirements related to configuration and customization, documentation, data migration analysis and mapping current business process.
- Integration and Interfaces with other systems or applications like ERP, PLM/other applications
- Experience in Software development lifecycle, database (Oracle and SQL Server) concepts and integration design.
- Experience in Master Data Setup and Data Migration (master and legacy data)
- Experience in Reports and Labels
- Experience in Instrument Integrations using SDMS etc.
- Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
