You will conduct deep-dive market research to identify new business leads and use advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate database. Your insights will directly inform our sales strategies and ensure we provide high-quality, pre-qualified talent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support
- Lead Generation: Identify high-growth companies, market trends, and potential client segments for staffing services.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, service offerings, and market positioning to identify strategic advantages.
- B2B Prospecting: Build and maintain accurate contact lists of decision-makers (HR
Managers, Department Heads) using various tools. - Market Mapping: Profile companies for their specific hiring needs and identify gaps in the local labor market.
Candidate Sourcing & Research
- Talent Mapping: Design and execute search strategies to identify and map the spectrum of candidates for niche, mid-senior to executive level hiring.
- Advanced Sourcing: Use Boolean search, online databases, and social media platforms to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Candidate Pipelining: Build and maintain a sustainable talent pool to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Market Insights: Conduct benchmark research on salary trends and talent availability to advise clients on realistic hiring expectations.
Data Management & Reporting
- CRM/ATS Maintenance: Ensure all lead and candidate data is accurate and up-to-date in the company’s internal systems.
- Reporting: Prepare structured reports and visual data displays (charts/graphs) on recruitment metrics and business development progress for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Human Resources.
