We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – Duty Free (GCC & Levant) for our client, a reputable tobacco company based in Dubai.
The Regional Manager – Duty Free (GCC & Levant) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and overseeing operations within the duty-free retail channel across the GCC and Levant markets. This role requires strategic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and in-depth knowledge of duty-free retail dynamics in the region. The Regional Manager will build relationships with key duty-free operators, airports, and travel retailers, ensuring optimal brand presence and sales performance.
Location: GCC & Levant Region (e.g., Dubai, Riyadh, Beirut, Amman)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the duty-free channel across GCC and Levant markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key duty-free operators, airport authorities, and travel retail partners.
- Drive sales growth and profitability within the region, meeting or exceeding set targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure flawless execution of plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in duty-free retail.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability in key duty-free locations.
- Lead and mentor local sales teams or representatives across the region.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all markets served.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within the duty-free, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of GCC and Levant duty-free markets, including regulatory and operational aspects.
- Proven track record in managing regional sales and key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the GCC and Levant region.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Salary: AED 30000- AED 40000 + commission.
