We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Climate Response & ESG Advisory on behalf of our client to support high-impact climate, sustainability, and ESG advisory projects across the region.
The successful candidate will contribute to climate-focused advisory services that support strategic planning, design, investment, and decision-making, with a focus on decarbonization, climate resilience, and ESG integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance-Based Design: Support data-driven design decisions to optimise energy efficiency, carbon emissions, comfort, and overall performance.
- Energy System Validation: Assist in validating energy systems to assess efficiency, reliability, and operational readiness.
- Sustainability Strategy: Develop sustainability strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, environmental performance, and regulatory requirements.
- ESG Integration: Support ESG integration into planning and design processes to manage risks and improve resilience.
- GHG Accounting & Carbon Reduction: Contribute to greenhouse gas inventories and develop practical emissions reduction pathways across relevant scopes.
- Climate Risk & Resilience: Conduct asset vulnerability and climate risk assessments to support business continuity and resilience planning.
- Social Value: Contribute to community assessments, social value strategies, and Social Return on Investment (SROI) evaluations.
- Sustainability Due Diligence: Support sustainability due diligence, post-acquisition planning, climate-aligned transactions, and ESG reporting
- Client Engagement: Participate in client workshops, stakeholder consultations, and briefings, translating technical analysis into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Change, Economics, Planning, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, climate, sustainability, or environmental advisory projects, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of climate response, decarbonisation, climate resilience, adaptation, and sustainable finance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and client-ready advisory deliverables.
- Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders and communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
