We are hiring a dynamic consultant to join our team to support our client in their business expansion for 2026. We are seeking candidates with proven senior-level recruiting experience hiring across markets and regions in the Middle East specifically supported by a passion for recruitment is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process.
  • Effectively communicate with the hiring team on a pro-active basis.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationship, while trying to expand business with clients.
  • Develop new accounts and leverage existing accounts.
  • Prepare candidates with role expectations and company insights.
  • Ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of recruiting experience across multiple industries, with strong exposure to FMCG and Retail.
  • Proven track record in hiring for senior positions.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to develop new business and maintain current accounts effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and be self-motivated.
