Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process.
- Effectively communicate with the hiring team on a pro-active basis.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationship, while trying to expand business with clients.
- Develop new accounts and leverage existing accounts.
- Prepare candidates with role expectations and company insights.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of recruiting experience across multiple industries, with strong exposure to FMCG and Retail.
- Proven track record in hiring for senior positions.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Ability to develop new business and maintain current accounts effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and be self-motivated.
