Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager for a well-established nursery in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in early years education, team management, and regulatory compliance. This role requires someone with excellent organizational and leadership skills who can ensure the smooth running of the nursery while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory standards
• Lead, train, and support nursery staff to deliver high-quality early years education
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
• Manage enrolments, parent communications, and ensure strong parent partnerships
• Monitor child development and maintain accurate records in line with nursery policies
• Handle budgeting, reporting, and resource management for the nursery
• Promote the nursery within the community to attract new enrollments

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education (mandatory)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Senior Nursery Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage staff and build effective parent relationships
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
