We are currently hiring a Landscape Architect for our client, a reputable landscaping company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of landscape concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings according to Urban Landscapes’ reference projects
- Able to adhere to the project and client requirements, working man-hours allocation as per the approved and signed contract
- Create end-of-week reports on project updates
- Review technical buildability of design submissions, tender documents, and material specifications
- Independently manage supporting landscape architects, visualisers & draftsmen to ensure all project deliverables are prepared and coordinated to scope & program
- Provide mentorship and guidance to landscape architects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in the UAE, sustainability principles, and project standards
- Conduct site visits and coordination with clients, external consultants, contractors throughout the project stages
- Manage shop drawings preparation & review, mock up approvals, site inspections and coordination with in-house procurement, quantity surveying, estimation & construction teams
- Monitor drawing production and ensure quality and correctness of the drawings issued
- Demonstrates strong concept design capabilities, with proven ability to create innovative, compelling and buildable landscape solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- 3–8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design tools
- Experience in landscape design
- Strong communication and coordination skills
