Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring across Europe and GCC markets, combining business development, client management, and recruitment delivery in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and manage client relationships
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing
- Manage high-volume roles across multiple projects
- Work with client accounts proactively.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close positions
- Meet project deadlines and delivery targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Europe & GCC markets.
- 360 recruitment experience specifically in technology is highly preferred.
- Strong client relations skills and the ability to bring in new accounts
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of recruitment
- Strong organic sourcing ability
