Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring across Europe and GCC markets, combining business development, client management, and recruitment delivery in a remote setup.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and manage client relationships
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing
  • Manage high-volume roles across multiple projects
  • Work with client accounts proactively.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close positions
  • Meet project deadlines and delivery targets

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Europe & GCC markets.
  • 360 recruitment experience specifically in technology is highly preferred.
  • Strong client relations skills and the ability to bring in new accounts
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of recruitment
  • Strong organic sourcing ability
