We are hiring a Safety Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading construction company in Dubai. The role will support HSE compliance across road, infrastructure, and utilities projects, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
  • Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices
  • Report and investigate accidents/incidents
  • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
  • Maintain safety records and documentation
  • Coordinate with project team on HSE matters
  • Ensure emergency procedures are in place and followed

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or HSE
  • NEBOSH / IOSH certification
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction, roads, infrastructure, utilities, asphalt projects.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations (UAE/RTA preferred)
  • Experience in RTA projects within Dubai.
  • Basic skills in inspections, reporting & training
  • Good communication skills
