We are hiring a Safety Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading construction company in Dubai. The role will support HSE compliance across road, infrastructure, and utilities projects, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices
- Report and investigate accidents/incidents
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Maintain safety records and documentation
- Coordinate with project team on HSE matters
- Ensure emergency procedures are in place and followed
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or HSE
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, roads, infrastructure, utilities, asphalt projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (UAE/RTA preferred)
- Experience in RTA projects within Dubai.
- Basic skills in inspections, reporting & training
- Good communication skills
